Your first class

Use it during school hours around your classes. Ask an instructor to walk you round the equipment the first time.

Comfortable workout clothing is fine; you do not need a gi to start and we will handle the uniform once you enroll. The orientation runs a full hour. We will contact you asap to schedule a time.
